These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cleaner Guys ("we," "us," or "our"), a professional restoration company located at 1703 Railroad Ave, Mount Vernon, WA 98273.

By accessing our website, requesting a service estimate, or engaging our restoration services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

Cleaner Guys provides professional property restoration services including, but not limited to:

• Water damage extraction, drying, and restoration
• Mold inspection, testing, and remediation
• Fire and smoke damage cleanup and restoration
• Sewage backup cleanup and biohazard remediation
• Contents cleaning, pack-out, and storage
• Structural drying and dehumidification
• Odor removal and air quality restoration

All services are performed in accordance with IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) standards and applicable Washington State regulations.

When you request service through our website, phone, or email, we will schedule an on-site assessment to evaluate the scope of damage and determine the appropriate restoration plan.

Estimates provided are based on visible damage and industry-standard pricing guidelines. Hidden damage discovered during the restoration process may require adjustments to the scope and cost of work. We will communicate any significant changes to you before proceeding with additional work.

In emergency situations requiring immediate action to prevent further damage (such as water extraction or board-up services), you authorize us to perform necessary emergency services upon our arrival.

We work directly with most major insurance carriers and can bill your insurance company directly for covered losses. However, you remain responsible for:

• Your insurance deductible and any non-covered portions of the claim.
• Providing accurate insurance information and authorization for us to communicate with your adjuster.
• Any balance not paid by insurance within the terms specified on your invoice.

We do not guarantee insurance coverage or claim approval. Coverage determinations are made solely by your insurance carrier.

Payment is due according to the terms specified on your invoice. Unless otherwise arranged, payment is expected upon completion of services or as specified in your service agreement.

We accept the following payment methods:

• All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Debit cards
• Checks (pending clearance)
• Insurance proceeds (when directly assigned)

Past-due balances may be subject to collection efforts and applicable late fees as permitted by Washington State law.

You authorize Cleaner Guys and our employees, subcontractors, and agents to access your property for the purpose of performing restoration services. You agree to:

• Provide safe access to the affected areas of your property.
• Inform us of any known hazards, including structural damage, electrical hazards, or contamination.
• Secure pets and remove valuables from work areas when possible.

We maintain general liability and workers' compensation insurance. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage unrelated to the insured loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleaner Guys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with our services or these Terms.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of restoration services beyond our commitment to perform work in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Results may vary based on the severity of damage, materials affected, and timing of response.
